This house is divided into three levels. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with open closet and bathroom ensuite. In the hallway there's a separate toilet. Through the staircase you will reach the first floor. On the first floor there's an open-kitchen with a large dining table and a separate closet with washing machine. Through the open staircase you will reach the second floor. On the second floor you will find a spacious and relaxing living room.
Furniture
The house is fully furnished. There is a queen-sized bed (160x200m), a comfy couch, a dining table with 6 chairs, and a media cabinet with an 43 inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, tableware, cutlery, pots and pans, cleaning kit and everything else you need to cook a meal. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower and washbasin. The whole house is heated by floor heating. This makes the temperature in the house very comfortable.
Outdoors
There's a spacious shared outside area with plants, a couple chairs and tables. The outside area has the same mediterranean style as the beautiful houses.

This house is situated at a renovated complex which contains 7 houses. The Boterdiep is situated near the city centre and is at walking distance of the Noorderplantsoen, Groningen’s City Park. The central train station is only 8 minutes away by bike.
