BED’R is a professional home rental agency in the city of Groningen and surrounding region. We specialize in the rental of furnished apartments and studios. BED’R provides housing solutions for both short-term and long-term rentals for individuals and businesses (corporate housing), please feel free to contact us.

No agency costs will be charged.

At BED’R we try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our apartments are private, very luxurious and fully furnished. We try to stand out by providing the best possible service thinkable!

The BED’R apartments are situated at several locations near the city center of Groningen.

Extra beds are not possible.

We make sure the apartment is spotlessly clean when you arrive. Therefore the final cleaning is obligated, but a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning is optional. If you don’t treat the property right and make a mess of your apartment, we can however oblige you to have your apartment cleaned. A periodical cleaning is charged outside of your standard rental fee. Please contact our staff to discuss the options regarding a periodical cleaning.

No, pets are not allowed.

Smoking in apartments is strictly prohibited. If you do smoke in your apartment, extra cleaning costs will be charged.

As long as apartments are available, this is no issue at all. We’re happy to see how we can help.

We will send an invoice ahead of your stay. If you stay longer than 30 days, we send you an invoice per month.

Rental prices are shown per apartment, per month. If we send you an invoice it’s also possible we show the price for your entire stay at once, depending on the duration of your stay.

The security deposit will be refunded minus any charges within 30 days from the end of the lease.

No. The security deposit cannot be used towards last month’s rent. Your security deposit is used for any property damage that you may incur. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

We will charge the final cleaning of €50 in any case. If there are is damage in the property that extends the amount of your deposit, we will also charge those extra costs.

It’s possible to rent an apartment for as long as you need.

The minimum rental period at BED’R is one calendar month. Please contact us if you want a custom made rental plan.

No agency costs will be charged if you rent an apartment at BED’R.

Yes, that’s possible. We will send an invoice to your employer.

The notice period for long term rental is 30 days.

If you are staying more than 6 months in the Netherlands, you must register to the policy.

Yes, a rental contract is obligated. Only in case of a short booking you don’t have to sign any contract. However, a deposit has to be made in both cases.

You need an insurance in your own country by your own insurer.

Subletting is not allowed.
